Janey and Naman's Bay Area wedding was a fun-filled unique day for us. This day included 14 hours of dancing, beautiful views, Indian traditions, and hundreds of friends and family cheering them on. Janey and Naman had two ceremonies on their wedding day, one being a Catholic ceremony and the other a traditional Indian ceremony. The day started at 7am with Gracie accompanying Eichar Photography to capture Janey's getting ready photos at the hotel with her family and Garrett capturing Naman's at his family's house nearby. The day started much earlier for Janey with a 3am wake up time to complete her henna for the day! The Catholic ceremony concluded in the mid morning at the Stanford campus Memorial Church. Lit by stain glass windows and high vaulted ceilings, this spot was beyond gorgeous. Friends and family cheered on the couple as they took their first steps outside as a married couple. The next ceremony followed shortly after at Villa Montalvo in the Bay Area. In between ceremonies, Janey changed wedding dresses from her traditional white gown into a beautifully adorned lavender dress. As the families got ready for the next ceremony, Naman's mother placed the pagdi on his head and blessed him. As in traditional Indian weddings, the groom's friends and family paraded Naman with a baraat until he reached the ceremony site. Led by the sounds of close family and friends cheering, laughing, and dancing. The ceremony was a beautiful expression of tradition and love as Naman and Janey stood surrounded by loved ones. Following the ceremony, the evening was filled with celebration including speeches, dances, toasts, and a delicious traditional dinner from Naman's sister's culinary business. The day came to a close with an open dance floor where guests enjoyed loud music and an open bar.
