We first met in English class during our sophomore year of high school - both shy but gravitated towards each other with the help of friends. Garrett and I spent days fishing at lasky pond, studying together, and going on sweet dates around St. Louis. During this three-year period, we were fortunate to travel together to the Dominican Republic and Israel. After high school, we both attended Principia College where we made amazing friends and lifelong memories. From studying abroad together in Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands, to driving down River Road to get lunch at Alton's famous Brown Bag Bistro. Nearly every summer and winter break, Garrett visited me in Washington where we both fell in love with the Olympic Mountains and evergreen trees. We spent our breaks swimming in Lake Crescent and hiking to Marymere Falls. During our senior year of college, we worked to open our wedding photography business together, one that we took with us and grew in the Pacific Northwest.

After graduating in 2023, we moved to Seattle and got full-time jobs. One weekend, on a trip to see my sister and friends in San Francisco, Garrett surprised me on the cliffs of Rodeo Beach. Hidden in a crevice on the cliff side, Garrett popped up to ask me the question. Seven years of waiting was an immediate YES! After photographing over 50 weddings, we're ready to have our own! With the support of our loving cat, Maggie, we can't wait for the chapter ahead of us, and we're so happy to share this wedding day with you!
